When we become stagnant, we become unable, unwilling even, to feel any optimism, let alone engage in creative problem-solving. So we allow our past to determine our future, as though we were putting ourselves through a karmic treadmill. Way of Joy
What gets you stuck and keeps you there?
I find, for both my students and myself, that when we’re stuck, it feels inevitable and interminable—even though we may be totally aware intellectually that life is full of changes, if not endless possibilities.
In TCM, (Traditional Chinese Medicine), all dis-ease and lack of vitality stems from energy being stuck somewhere. That’s why I love exploring and sharing qi-based embodied practices that move us back to our original birthright, being in a state of spontaneous flow!
I’m feeling especially Super-charged about this topic today because I’m exploring new venues and ways to share these tools of “Quick-Pivot practices” (or Spiritual Drano? Emotional Ex-Lax?) anytime things begin to get sluggish. See info below video to find out more about my free gift to you.
What do you do to shake off the doldrums?
