With an onslaught of momentum building in my business these days, both in teaching and performing, I can’t help but observe an interesting phenomenon in my own psyche — A kind of push-pull, go-stop, that I believe comes from some old deep-seated fears that resist playing Big.
One of my favorite sequences in the Qigong summer form, The Lotus, is a big help, because when I embody an intention, rather than just trying to talk myself out of old deep-seated emotions, it actually makes a shift. I feel much more optimistic since I did this video!
What are your favorite ways to face your fears when you are expanding your energy or what you do?
